Gunpla Updates: MG Astray and GN-X

Sure haven't done any gunpla release updates in...a really long time. Like I said a few months ago: I don't really do gunpla news updates, I'll just post what peeks my interest. And we've got a few very interesting models coming soon...

MG Gundam Astray Red Frame Ver.Kai

Yes, after a perfect grade release, the popular red frame is getting the master grade treatment. Sure, the no-grade was good, but this will definitely be the pinnacle of gunpla engineering. It's the ver.Kai too so it comes with a bunch of extra weapons, including that huge sword/gun/pincer thing and an EXTRA GERBERA STRAIGHT. That's the highlight right there. It looks worth getting even if you have the original model.

The GN-X was pretty kickass in Gundam 00, and this master grade version definitely looks impressive. For a grunt unit, it is definitely a step above the rest in terms of quality.

This one is already out and in high demand. It has very high quality engineering and looks really impressive, and the only reason I'm mentioning this is because I'm thinking of buying it and reviewing it. We'll see...
